Terms of Service

By accessing or using Last Page’s platform and merchant of record services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Platform Use

Last Page grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform under these terms and your service agreement. Under this right you may not: resell or sublicense the platform except as permitted; use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform or its security; or remove any proprietary notices. This right ends automatically if you breach these terms and may be suspended where needed to protect the platform, our partners, or their customers.

2. Merchant of Record and Payments

Where Last Page acts as merchant of record, we become the seller of record for the relevant transactions and take responsibility for payment processing, applicable tax collection and remittance, and related compliance. Settlement, fees, payout timing, and chargeback handling are governed by your service agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the products, pricing, and information you provide for sale.

3. Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Page and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

4. Accuracy of Materials

We work to keep platform information and documentation accurate and current, but the materials may contain technical, typographical, or other errors. Last Page does not warrant that all materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may update them at any time without notice.

5. Links

Our services rely on and link to third parties such as acquiring banks, card networks, and tax and compliance providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

Last Page may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to commercial terms are handled through your service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and payment information when you use the service.
